Opportunity highlights for qualified candidates:

• Staffing model of 4 general anesthesiologists, 3 cardiac anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Average surgical volume 8000 cases annually.
• Diverse mix of cases including cardiac, ortho, general surgery, endo, neuro, spine, vascular, robotics, etc. No peds. No OB. No trauma.
• CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
• Current schedule 4, 10s plus beeper call for additional comp. 1X week/late case finishes. 1, 48-hour weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months. If called in, true emergent cases. Always a physician on site.

Incentive/benefits package:

• Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional $40K geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient.
• Start date bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available.
• 8 weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period.
• Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
