The Ramos Center also provides flexibility for its employees building loyal and productive employees resulting in great patient care.Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Medical Assistant/LPN Assistant to work in the surgical OR room PACU and/or Pre-Op within an Accredited Surgical Level Two Office for interventional pain procedures as well as in our clinic rooming in our Port Charlotte Location. As a Medical Assistant/LPN you are directly involved in ensuring that we always deliver focused and empathetic patient care. As a true people person you thrive in this environment as you greet patients warmly and triage them upon arrival. You prepare them for their procedures by utilizing sterile prepping techniques. You assist the provider in setting up sterile fields maneuvering C-arm x-ray and creating procedure notes while maintaining a calming presence for our patients. Other office responsibilities will include taking vitals scribing triaging patients scheduling appointments. Schedule varies slightly based on patient/provider schedule Monday through Friday. You will work under the supervision of a doctor. Healthcare professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding.Preferred License and/or Certification: CMA LPN CNA SURGICAL TECHNOLIGIST MTBLS/ACLSSchedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift
