Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the development of personalized, strengths-based treatment plans.

  Provide a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

  Serve as a crucial collaborator in care coordination by liaising with other mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and case managers to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

  Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to Medi-Cal requirements and ethical standards, promoting accountability and best practices.

  Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in case consultations, team meetings, and trainings to enhance clinical skills.

  Advocate for clients by engaging them within their broader social systems, assisting with crisis intervention when necessary.

This role primarily serves children, adolescents, and their families who are experiencing mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n
