Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly teletherapy sessions with individual adult clients using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a comfortable and safe setting for the therapeutic dialogue.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and fellow therapists to coordinate comprehensive and cohesive care.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.

• Participate in professional consultations with colleagues to share best practices, discuss challenging cases, and receive support in managing complex client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. By fostering relationships built on trust and understanding, you will play a vital role in their healing processes, guiding them toward increased self-awareness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• 2-3 years of experience in providing therapeutic interventions, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective virtual client interactions.
