Insulation Lead Technician – Ponca City, OK Compensation: $28.00/hour. Schedule: Full time. Highlights Experience in field take‑off, material requisitions, material logistics and effective pre‑job planning. Minimum of five years experience in related field. Minimum of three years assisting the Foreperson with supervision as a crew leader. Description Responsible for the direction of field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A leadperson will have the following skills: Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget. Has experience in field take‑off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre‑job planning. Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field. Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision of craft personnel in a crew leader capacity. Acts as the front‑line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions.
