Epic Security & Architectural Window Films and Graphics is looking for experienced, detail-driven installers to join our DFW team.

What we're looking for:

●      Proven experience installing commercial window film (security, solar, or decorative)

●      Experienced installers are welcome, but all work must be performed to Epic's installation standards

●      A strong eye for detail and pride in clean, precise work

●      Reliability and a strong work ethic — you show up, and you show up ready

●      Willingness to travel to job sites across the DFW area

What Epic offers:

●      Sign-on bonus of $1,000–$5,000, based on experience

●      Competitive pay

●      Steady, consistent project work with a respected national provider

●      A team that values craftsmanship and does things the right way

If you're an experienced installer looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Epic is a national, award-winning, 100% woman-owned commercial solutions provider headquartered in McKinney, Texas, with active operations in Colorado, Tennessee, and Oklahoma — and expanding. We are a 3M Platinum Elite National Dealer and have been named 3M National Dealer of the Year multiple years running — the highest recognition 3M awards in the window film industry. We are also a trusted service provider for the Presidential White House of the United States.

Our work spans security and architectural window film, solar control, decorative and privacy films, large-format graphics, and window coverings. Epic was founded on a single mission: protect the people behind the glass. Every installation we complete has to be done right — the film in a school vestibule or a government building is what stands between people and broken glass. That standard is the heart of this role. Installations done right...every time.
