Ensuring the office is operating efficiently. Hiring qualified Home Care Staff. Ensuring Compliance with IDOA Rules and Regulations. Ensuring delivery of care to the clients daily. Working with local Case Management units. All other office functions. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal relations. Ability to provide advice and consultation to others. Qualifications/Education An individual with training and experience in home care/services delivery/administration or a related company. One (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience in home care/services or related program. Must have a criminal background check.
