DESTINY HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC. Destiny Healthcare is seeking a manager to operate its Waukegan, IL location. Description The candidate must be a good communicator, organized, highly motivated, and looking for additional growth opportunities. Prior experience with IDOA is a plus. This role offers exciting and rewarding opportunities to provide Home Care for the frail and elderly within the local community. Ensuring the office is operating efficiently. Hiring qualified Home Care Staff. Ensuring Compliance with IDOA Rules and Regulations. Ensuring delivery of care to the clients daily. Working with local Case Management units. All other office functions. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal relations. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Ability to gain respect and cooperation. Ability to inspire and motivate subordinates. Ability to direct work groups toward a common goal. Ability to oversee the work of subordinates. Ability to resolve conflict. Ability to identify problems and determine effective solutions. Ability to apply reason and logic to identify strengths and weaknesses of possible solutions. Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others. Ability to provide advice and consultation to others. Qualifications/Education An individual with training and experience in home care/services delivery/administration or a related company. One (1) year of supervisory/administrative experience in home care/services or related program. Must have a criminal background check.
