Business Development Manager

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the small- and medium-sized customer segment Acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities Reactivate inactive or dormant customer accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities Convert qualified opportunities into active, revenue-generating customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers Conduct customer meetings to understand transportation needs and service requirements Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective transportation and logistics solutions Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of sales, business development, commercial, or related experience preferred Experience building customer relationships and supporting revenue growth initiatives preferred Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and pipeline management tools preferred Transportation and logistics industry experience preferred Soft Skills relationship-building customer engagement prospecting networking collaboration Certifications & Qualifications high school diploma #J-18808-Ljbffr
