Factors that may be used to determine rate of pay include specific skills, work location, work experience and other individualized factors**JOB SUMMARY**The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of raw materials to production lines, efficient collection of waste, and overall support to packing operations. This role ensures there is a clean, organized, and safe environment. The Material Handler works closely with the Team Lead and is expected to proactively identify issues, resolve inefficiencies, and recommend performance improvements.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** 1 25% Ability to work with the line supervisor and other management to identify and pull the correct raw product. 2 20% Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production lines 3 15% Manage collection and proper disposal of waste from lines 4 10% Support production and packing associate with materials and supplies 5 10% Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouses and staging areas 6 10% Monitor inventory of packing materials and communicate shortages 7 5% Enforce safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse 8 5% Collaborate with Team Lead on process improvements and labor allocation **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** Prefer High School or GED but not required.**Experience** 1-2 years in warehouse or inventory control, including leadership or lead-hand experience (required).
