Plastic Surgery Practice Manager

The role of Practice Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operational, marketing, and financial functions to ensure that daily systems are in place and operating effectively to provide excellent patient care, superior service, and optimal practice productivity and profitability. The role is an executive level business position responsible for all aspects of the practice and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will:

Duties to include:

• assist in the development and execution of the business plan
• developing and implementing growth strategies
• payments and collections
• facilitate monthly staff meetings
• maintain relationships with vendors/sales reps
• lead productive team managing the patient experience
• designing and implementing policies & procedures
• preparing annual budget, liaison with accountant/business manager
• preparing monthly financial statements in accordance with sales and business plan
• employee scheduling
• personnel management/HR

Requirements:

• College degree required
• 3 years of experience preferred in healthcare management, preferably running an aesthetic practice: medical spa, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology
