Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Location: Lebanon, NJ

Pay Rate: $20.00–$21.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Temp-to-Hire 8:45AM to 5:15PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team in Lebanon, NJ. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory, organizing materials, and maintaining accurate records using Google Sheets. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Sort and organize products according to company procedures.
• Assign and stock items in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Pack and prepare materials for storage or distribution as needed.
• Update inventory and receiving records using Google Sheets.
• Verify packing slips and shipping documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience using Google Sheets is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
