Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated buyer's agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Meet with prospective buyers and sellers through appointments provided by the team
• Learn and apply proven scripts, CRM workflows, and lead follow-up systems
• Guide buyers through property tours, market education, and the home-buying process
• Collaborate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes
• Track your daily activities and performance metrics

Qualifications

What You'll Bring (Must-Haves)
• Active Texas real estate license OR actively pursuing your license and committed to completing the process
• Coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for a sales career
• Good communication skills and professional presence
• Willingness to attend training and follow established team systems

Nice-to-Haves
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Basic familiarity with technology tools
