INVENTORY CONTROL ANALYST 2

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Location: Boise, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8 hours per day

JOB SUMMARY

The Inventory Control Analyst 2 is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, security, and accountability through transaction documentation, process verification, physical inventories, cycle counts, and shipment audits. This position analyzes inventory discrepancies and supports accurate and timely data entry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the security and accountability of inventory through accurate transaction documentation and process verification.
• Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle-count activities.
• Analyze cycle-count discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quality, quantity, and accuracy.
• Compile, organize, and document inventory transactions for accurate data entry.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and work toward timely resolution.
• Follow established inventory control procedures and operational standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and identify appropriate corrections.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
