Responsibilities we need you to perform. Assist in training, supervising, motivating, and evaluating Commissioned Retail Sales Consultants in the Store. Observing, coaching, and working on the sales floor with Sales Consultants to develop and improve staff selling skills to their fullest potential! OverseeingSales Consultants to ensure that optimal levels of customer service are met. Effectively interactingin person and on the telephonewith customers and various departments in the resolution of sales orders and customer situations. Training and updatingSales Consultants on all products, store policies, and analyzing daily business to ensure efficient operations. Working with Sr. Managers to meet or exceed established sales volume goals. Here’s what skills we need you to bring. Minimum 1 year management/Lead experience Minimum 1- 3 years sales experience (commission preferred) Strong multi-tasking, time-management, and organizational skills Ability to motivate, lead and direct others Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and competitive environment Jordan’s prides itself on having a strong, loyal J-Team. Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000 plus weekly commission and opportunity for an annual discretionary bonus We share our pay range because transparency matters.
