Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our fast-paced ER unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and possess strong clinical skills in emergency nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform triage and assess patients' conditions promptly.
• Participate in critical procedures including intubations and conscious sedation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report to physicians as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Texas RN License (Temporary licenses will not be accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Certifications: PALS or ENPC, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS required.
• Preferred: CEN certification and Meditech experience.
