Founding Customer Success Leader — Build from Scratch

Socket.dev

Zipliens is seeking a founding Customer Success Manager to build the CS function for a new business line. You will own the entire customer lifecycle, from sales handoff through kickoff, implementation, and renewals, while establishing scalable systems and processes. You will launch onboarding, a customer health framework, and playbooks for onboarding, renewal, expansion, and business reviews, with a focus on VOC and product partnerships to guide roadmap decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
