Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

This is a long term, year around position working as a part of our snow and grounds team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking person. This person should have some truck and or bob cat field experience working plowing moving, and hauling snow. The applicant will work closely with foreman and crew members. Minimum Qualifications Valid MN Class A driver’s license with current DOT health card (required by start of position) Heavy Equimpment, truck or bobcat experience Proficient equipment and power tool operator Snow removal experience not required but helpful. We will train. Responsible, honest and hard working Customer service driven (understanding the needs of the customer) Quality and results driven Pay is very competitive in industry, based on experience. Position is year around and offers career growth and opportunities. Job consists of removing snow around the metro area using a shovel or snow blower. Job requires proper clothing consisting of boots, gloves, hat, and other winter attire. Should be able to work within a six hour lead time. It is a on call full to part time position. You will be added to a call list and when it shows employee will receive a txt to arrive to work. Your ability to work one snow fall or all snow falls is employee’s decision. Pay is $15 to $18 hours. This is a long term, year around position working as a part of our landscaping team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking person. This person should have at least 4 years field experience working with softscapes and hardscapes. The applicant will work in the field while leading a crew. Minimum Qualifications Valid MN Class A driver’s license with current DOT health card (required by start of position) Previous experience working with landscape design, build and maintenance Knowledge of: Plant identification, installation technique and reading landscape design Hardscape materials and technique familiarity Proficient equipment and power tool operator Snow removal experience Responsible, honest and hard working Customer service driven (understanding the needs of the customer) Quality and results driven Pay is very competitive in industry, based on experience. The applicant will work closely with landscape foreman and crew members. Minimum Qualifications Valid MN driver’s license with current DOT health card (required by start of position) Experience working with landscape design, build and maintenance field General plant identification knowledge and installation technique Hardscape materials and technique familiarity Basic equipment and power tool experience Responsible, honest and hard working Customer service driven (understanding the needs of the customer) Attention to quality standards Additional Desired Qualifications (preferred but not required) Class A license beneficial but not required Snow removal experience preferred but not required Pay is very competitive in industry, based on experience.
