You'll play a central role in coordinating campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from planning through execution. The position combines creativity with strong operational discipline, requiring someone who can keep projects moving while priorities evolve. You'll work closely with creative, product, and operations teams to deliver campaigns accurately and on time. Your work will also involve tracking performance, researching competitors, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. This role is well suited to a proactive self-starter who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and working in high-growth environments. You'll have the opportunity to gain international experience while contributing directly to the growth of a US-based consumer brand.

Accountabilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on frequent product launches, new product drops, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, product, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and communications, taking ownership of coordination with a project-management mindset.
• Track campaign performance and support reporting by identifying relevant insights, trends, and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor and market research to provide useful inputs for marketing strategies and upcoming campaigns.
• Support content planning, creative asset coordination, and consistent brand execution across marketing channels.
• Identify operational gaps, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively recommend or implement practical solutions.
• Help maintain momentum across multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment where priorities and timelines can change quickly.
• Bring curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in the products and customers behind each marketing initiative.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with consumer-product DTC brands, ideally in environments involving frequent product launches, drops, or campaigns.
• Previous experience working for a US-based brand is required.
• Strong project coordination or project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems, and take action without requiring constant direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating across creative, product, operations, and other functions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain effective in chaotic, high-pressure, or rapidly changing environments.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing and consumer products, with the curiosity to understand what motivates customers.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to contribute energy and constructive ideas to a growing team.
