Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the marketing department supporting regional and global initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Driving audience acquisition for marketing events, ensuring targeted engagement with CIO and executive program participants.
• Planning and coordinating regional/local marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, executive briefings, and customer roundtables.
• Drafting event invitations, follow-up emails, and promotional materials to maximize outreach and engagement.
• Coordinating with design and creative teams on event signage, presentations, and promotional swag to ensure brand consistency.
• Managing event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site setup and teardown.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, particularly in event management or field marketing roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite to support various marketing activities and communications.
• Resourcefulness and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, especially 1:1 marketing strategies.
