Marketing Coordinator

Supporting a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage cross-functional coordination of campaigns, partnerships, events, and PR initiatives while ensuring efficient workflow and communication across various marketing functions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a central coordination partner across Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Editorial, Social, PR, Partnerships, and Experiential initiatives Support execution and organization of integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, events, activations, and editorial initiatives Coordinate communication with external brand partners, agencies, vendors, and PR teams to facilitate partnership and event execution Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand operations, or integrated marketing Exceptional organizational and project management skills Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools such as Asana Passion for design, interiors, architecture, fashion, and luxury storytelling Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
