Job Posting Jun. 22, 2026 Description Eisman & Russo, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience in the A/E/C industry to support our Marketing and Business Development efforts. This position will assist in the preparation of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and marketing materials primarily for public-sector clients, including FDOT, municipalities, counties, and local agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, organizational, graphic layout, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting civil engineering and CEI pursuits is highly desirable. Responsibilities Coordinate and assist in the preparation of letters of interest, statements of qualifications (SOQs), presentations, and interview materials for public-sector pursuits. Review RFQs/RFPs and identify submission requirements, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and compliance items. Develop proposal schedules and compliance checklists and coordinate internal deadlines. Gather and organize project information, resumes, project descriptions, references, and supporting materials for proposal development. Assist with technical editing, proofreading, formatting, and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Coordinate printing, assembly, and electronic submission of proposal packages. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or a related field, or proven experience. 1–3 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience in the A/E/C industry preferred. Experience with FDOT, municipal, county, or other public-sector procurement processes strongly preferred. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Acrobat. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with CRM and proposal database systems is a plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools is a plus.
