Requirements:

• Have your MD Property/Casualty License and your own transportation and Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs and pass a background check.
• Sales experience (inside sales representative, sales associate experience) preferred
• Servicing customers needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Organizational skills
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
