As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Doyle - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (must be willing to obtain, current licensees preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish speaker (required).

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
