Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (must be willing to obtain, current licensees preferred). Bilingual Spanish speaker (required). This is a remote position.
