We’re growing and looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team!
If you’re passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most while building a rewarding career, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements:
● Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Sales experience preferred (insurance sales is a plus).
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Professional, organized, and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities:
● Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
● Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps.
● Quote and sell personal, life, and health insurance products.
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
● Follow up on leads and referrals.
● Provide exceptional service while helping clients make informed coverage decisions.
