Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling

Build and maintain client relationships within the agency book

Identify coverage needs and close sales efficiently

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Active Property & Casualty license before you start preferred but not required

Prior experience in an insurance agency environment strongly preferred

Proven sales track record with a focus on results and revenue growth

Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based income

Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills

Location: Parkville, MD Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
