Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or interest in outpatient adult care, orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention preferred.
• Comfort treating workplace injuries and providing occupational medicine-focused care.
• Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, with willingness to mentor or work alongside a chiropractor on staff.
• Proficiency with Prognosis EMR preferred.
• Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Location and Schedule:

• City: Sacramento, CA. Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift: Days. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Scheduling flexibility available (4x10 or 5x8 options). No weekends.
• Volume: Approximately 12–14 patients per day. Clinic will add a tech when daily volume reaches 14–16 patients.
• Multiple hiring locations across the region including National City, Salinas Rossi, Modesto, Stockton, and Soledad. New PT space opening soon in National City with anticipated early August start.

Position Expectations:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes.
• Provide education on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with an onsite chiropractor and clinic staff as needed.
• Participate in quarterly SPIF incentive programs tied to performance.
