Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an average of 14-16 patients per day
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working in an outpatient setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high patient volume in an outpatient environment
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Opportunity to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend requirements
- Gain valuable outpatient experience through a structured 13-week contract engagement
