What You’ll Do Manage sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution Take and defend depositions Draft and argue substantive motions Develop case strategy with partners Work directly with clients Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings Collaborate with a highly experienced litigation team What We’re Looking For We are interested in attorneys who demonstrate: Excellent legal writing and analytical skills Experience with motions, discovery, depositions, and client management Trial experience is a plus Why Yukevich | Cavanaugh?
