- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (full-time, 4 days/week)
- Hours/Week: 32 hours (4 days/week)
- Employment Type: Contract
- License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology, PA license or IMLC LOQ required, DEA required
- Experience: At least 2 years in Oncology/Hematology preferred
- Hourly Rate: $498.86/hr
- Pay Package: Competitive pay discussed upon application

- 24/7 support team during assignment
- Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care to adult patients (18+) with an expected 10 patients/day, growing over time
- Support a newly opened practice with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and support staff
- Manage general oncology and hematology cases, with hospital visits for inpatient consults
- Participate in day-to-day patient management within EPIC EMR system
- Cover weeknights and weekends on a 1:2 call schedule (60/40 split)
- Collaborate with support staff for patient care and compliance
- BC or BE in Oncology or Hematology
- PA license or IMLC LOQ to present
- DEA certification
- At least 2 years clinical experience in Oncology/Hematology preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
