Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $498.86

What You'll Do
- Provide specialized care in community-based hematology and oncology
- Support adult patients (18+), managing approximately 10 patients daily
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and support staff
- Attend to inpatient consults at a hospital with 131 beds
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
- Participate in scheduling weeknight and weekend call (approximately 1:2 ratio)
- Staff a newly opening practice, supporting growth over the contract duration
What You Need
- Board-certified or eligible in Oncology
- Active Pennsylvania license or eligible via IMLC LOQ
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
About the Assignment
This position entails supporting a newly established medical oncology and hematology practice inside a community hospital setting. You will contribute to high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to support adult patients requiring oncology and hematology services. The role includes inpatient consults and outpatient management, with a focus on building the practice through dedicated and compassionate care.
