Key Responsibilities:

• Perform consistent and professional facials, including  HydraFacial and  Lymphatic Facial treatments , following spa protocols and best practices.
• Administer advanced laser treatments, including  Fotona 4D , to achieve desired client results.
• Conduct  microneedling treatments using  Potenza technology.
• Educate and guide clients on skincare concerns, offering tailored advice and solutions.
• Actively promote spa services, retail products, and ongoing promotions to enhance the client experience.
• Evaluate client skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare products and services.
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals for treatments and products.
• Prioritize client satisfaction, aiming for high retention rates and positive feedback.
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a proactive, self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current with industry trends.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years  of hands-on experience as an Esthetician.
• Proficiency in  Hydrafacial, Lymphatic Meridian Facial, Dermaplaning, Deep Cleansing and other Med Spa treatments.
• Experience with body massage treatments is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable recommending treatments and skincare products based on clients’ needs.
• Genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Availability to work at least  one weekday and one weekend day  each week.
• Valid New York State Esthetician License required.
