- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Flexible scheduling options available

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform routine check-ups, physical exams, and preventive screenings
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records
- Ensure continuity of care through collaboration with physicians and staff
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP/NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese required)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting
- New graduates are welcome to apply
