Location: Normal, IL
Pay: $60,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Store Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

We are a local nonprofit organization seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Normal, IL. Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees
• Create and manage employee schedules and labor hours
• Coach and develop team members to ensure success
• Monitor store performance and operational standards
• Understand and manage profit and loss (P&L)
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
• Report directly to the District Manager

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or restaurant industry experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
