You will put your leadership skills and years of experience to use by training and communicating with employees, balancing multiple medium-sized projects and developing collaborative working relationships with business partners and technical experts. On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a rewarding career.​This role will be based on-site Monday–Thursday at our office in Charlotte, NC located at 11215 N Community House Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277What your day-to-day will look like:Work closely with sites and the HR team to ensure an open-door climate exists, resulting in excellent customer serviceResponsible for the tactical execution of HR policies and strategic initiatives within the supported line of business. Assists managers and employees with day-to-day HR activities and compliance. Inform senior management and operations of internal and external HR developments that impact overall effectivenessCompile reports and providethemto upper managementEnsure HR officeis in compliance withall corporate policies and directivesRequires monthly travel to business sites-up to 50% of the timeWhat you’ll need to excel:At a minimum,you’llneed:Bachelor’s degree or equivalentrelatedworkor militaryexperience5 years of HR experience in a sales, transportation, or equivalent environment at a senior levelExperience in employee relations, policy and procedure administration, recruiting and staffing, HRIS and time-keeping systemsExperience withMicrosoft OfficeIt’d be great if you also have:Ability to provide management with proactive ideas on creating and maintaining a positive employee relations climateStrong organizational skillswiththe ability to manage multiple prioritiesBilingualEnglish/SpanishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentDoes this sound like you?
