If you're passionate about improving patient care, coaching leaders, and making a meaningful impact across multiple locations, we'd love to meet you.## What You'll DoAs an Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of multiple clinic locations while leading through a team of frontline leaders. You'll ensure patients receive an exceptional experience, providers have the support they need to deliver outstanding care, and clinics operate efficiently and effectively.**In this role, you will:*** Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and frontline leaders while supporting the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance, and development.* Partner with physicians to optimize workflows, staffing, and service delivery while building strong, collaborative relationships.* Champion an exceptional patient experience by improving patient flow, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes.* Manage operational and financial performance, including budgets, productivity, staffing, and key performance metrics.* Oversee facility operations, equipment, supply management, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless clinic operations.* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and provider credentialing.* Lead organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts while supporting teams through growth and change.## What You'll Bring**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.* 3–5+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience.* Experience leading managers or multidisciplinary healthcare teams.* Demonstrated success managing operations, financial performance, physician partnerships, and employee engagement.**You'll Be Successful If You Have*** A passion for delivering exceptional patient and provider experiences.* Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.* Financial and operational acumen with a continuous improvement mindset.* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.* The ability to balance strategic priorities while remaining visible and approachable to your teams.## Why OrthoVirginia?At OrthoVirginia, you'll have the opportunity to influence the patient and employee experience across multiple clinics while partnering with talented physicians and leaders committed to excellence.
