We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and make organized chaos appear effortless. If you enjoy solving problems, coaching people, and getting things where they need to be, this might be your new work home.
Requirements:- Be the point person for our delivery and dispatch operations—driver schedules, routing, all the moving parts.
- Ensure that every customer delivery is accurate, efficient, and on time (bonus points if you're a map enthusiast).
- Lead and support your delivery team using Paylocity for scheduling, PTO, and performance tracking.
- Keep our vehicle fleet running smoothly by scheduling maintenance and collaborating with repair vendors.
- Collaborate daily with Pharmacy, Warehouse, and Long-Term Care to ensure deliveries meet customer needs.
- Track performance, delivery metrics, and expenses like a champ.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and encouragement—a positive culture starts with leadership.
Requirements
- Age 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (0 points).
- Experience in logistics or transportation management—you know how to lead a delivery operation.
- Familiarity with Maryland ZIP codes and routing (yes, Baltimore traffic counts as a skill).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office and Paylocity; routing software experience (Elite Extra, RxMile) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Brightree is a bonus—if you’ve used it before, we’d definitely want to speak with you.

While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. You must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
