Overview Serenity Therapy Solutions LLC - Full-Time Lead Therapist – Skilled Nursing Facility (Bronx, NY) We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while remaining clinically engaged. Key Responsibilities Assist the Rehab Director in the supervision and support of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as therapy aides Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Support therapists with clinical problem-solving, patient needs, and treatment plan modifications Ensure efficient department operations in accordance with facility policies and procedures Collaborate with the Rehab Director regarding scheduling, workflow, and staff performance Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards Maintain a partial clinical caseload as determined by the Rehab Director Support adherence to quality, accuracy, and timeliness of documentation Qualifications Valid New York professional license (PT, OT, or SLP) Prior leadership or management experience preferred Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program Benefits Include Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) – Accrued #J-18808-Ljbffr Serenity Therapy Solutions LLC
