Lead Technical Recruiter (Director Level)

Responsibilities Source and interview candidates for assigned searches (Quantitative Researchers, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, Traders, and Business Operations). Lead recruitment efforts for "hard to fill" roles in quantitative finance, equity trading, and AI/technologists. Deep understanding of sourcing tools, technologies, and best practices. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical talent acquisition, advising executive leadership on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development. Develop a talent acquisition strategy to attract, select, and close top talent. Partner with head of business to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Oversee all aspects of the employee onboarding process from background checks to orientation, including preparation of new hire packages and documents in preparation for onboarding. Implement changes that enable Technology to drive key growth initiatives. Proven experience leading global sourcing and/or executive recruiting functions in a complex, matrixed organization. Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage prospects with a focus on strategic recruiting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a minimum 9+ years related human resources professional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 7 years experience in talent acquisition or sourcing preferred including executive search. Familiarity with executive search, full cycle recruitment, internal mobility, and workforce planning. Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Proven track record in technical talent acquisition. Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find candidates.
