Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified and active candidates Act as the talent partner to hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand and prioritize the needs of the business Utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to uncover qualified candidates Draft job descriptions and post accordingly Draft and extend offers Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required & a strong academic background 4+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience*** Must have strong stakeholder management experience, liaising with hiring managers to drive strategic decisions Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal Ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment Great company culture (hybrid) Competitive compensation package Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Location: New York, NY #J-18808-Ljbffr
