This role supports students with diverse learning needs, providing assistance both in and out of the classroom to ensure all students have the resources they need to succeed. Qualifications:
- Special Education experience is essential for success in this position.
- Valid TB test and background check are required prior to placement.
- Ability to collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers by supporting instruction and providing individualized attention to students.
- Facilitate small group or one-on-one activities for students with special needs.
- Help maintain a supportive, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Adapt learning materials and strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Supervise students during transitions, activities, and breaks.
- Maintain documentation regarding student progress, attendance, and behavior as needed.
