Job Description WHAT WE'RE DOING As a key component of Lockheed Martin's Rotary & Mission Systems business area, Radars, Electronic Warfare, and Acoustic Systems (REAS) serves as the company's premier center of excellence for end-to-end radio frequency mission solutions. Our mission is to develop and deliver cutting-edge technologies that enable the warfighter to stay ahead of emerging threats in the electromagnetic spectrum. Within this critical market segment, the Midway Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day management of the IDIQ contract, as well as the Task Orders and Delivery Orders awarded under the contract, to ensure seamless execution and optimal support for our customers' mission-critical operations. THE WORK The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Overseeing start-up and execution of program activities
• Managing customer intimacy, communication, and overall satisfaction
• Directing program execution to meet customer requirements, cost, and schedule
• Providing front-line leadership to a technical team
• Supporting the development of strategic plans, roadmaps, and proposal efforts to cultivate new business opportunities
• Shaping the program future by attracting, developing, and retaining a workforce while cultivating a collaborative work environment
• Collaborating with market segment functional leaders
• Contributing to IRAD and technical roadmap planning activities WHO YOU ARE To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Strong program management experience, with a focus on continuous program execution and sustainment leadership

• Proven Program Management Experience: 8+ years of experience in managing complex programs, with a focus on Sustainment or Operations & Maintenance leadership roles
