We're looking for energetic, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This isn't just a caregiving positionit's an opportunity to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do
As a DSP, you'll be the difference-maker in someone's day by:
- Building strong, positive relationships with the people you support
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth
- Assisting with daily living activities and community participation
- Helping individuals reach personal goals and celebrate successes
- Providing companionship, mentorship, and advocacy
- Creating meaningful experiences both at home and in the community

- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED
