Human Resources CoordinatorThe Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR operations for the main office and property locations. Responsibilities include employee relations support, staffing assistance, job postings, application screening, performance management tracking, benefits and compensation data support, compliance, HRIS record maintenance, and safety-related tasks.Qualifications:Minimum of 2–3 years HR experience preferredExperience with applicant tracking and screening preferredKnowledge of HR functionsStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHRIS experience; Paylocity preferredBilingual English/Spanish highly desiredKey Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with company policiesPrepare weekly HR Activity ReportsConduct onboarding and new-hire orientationSet up new hires in HRISSupport payroll processes (timecards, time-off requests, corrections)Assist with HR metrics and presentationsSupport employee relations and assist with investigationsSupport full-cycle recruiting: requisitions, postings, screening, onboardingMaintain accurate HRIS recordsAssist with benefits billing and invoicingSupport vendor RFP processesPerform other duties as assignedWorking hours are 8 to 5 Monday to Friday with overtime as needed. Parking is paid by the company. $25/hr. Position could become full time with the company. Burnett Specialists
