Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role involves handling a heavy and complex case load of cases and hearings, building out a new statewide workers’ compensation practice, and managing a robust influx of cases. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of cases and hearings Drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda Guiding clients through the case process Coordinating with expert witnesses for conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications Law degree from a fully accredited law school Active member in good standing with the NM State Bar Association Minimum 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings Excellent client service and communication skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits Full‑time employees receive an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
