Recognizes problems, identifies causes, synthesizes alternatives, and applies solutions. Confirms and verifies results through an in-depth knowledge of techniques, principles, and instrumentation. Reports to the Section Head.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.Experience: 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory or equivalent.Certification/Licensure: MT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented and organizational skills.Exercises accuracy and precision in completion of prescribed tasks and treatments.Equal Opportunity Employer/Disabled/VeteransAccording to the FTC, there has been a rise in employment offer scams.
