Medical Technologist (MT/MLS ASCP) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT ASCP) – Generalist\n

Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available | Permanent Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Medical Technologists/Medical Laboratory Scientists (MT/MLS ASCP) and Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT ASCP) to join our healthcare clients' laboratory teams. We have opportunities available in hospitals and healthcare systems across the United States.

As a Generalist, you will perform testing in multiple laboratory departments while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality patient results.

  Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in:

  \n

  • \n

    Chemistry

  \n
  • \n

    Hematology

  \n
  • \n

    Blood Bank/Transfusion Services

  \n
  • \n

    Coagulation

  \n
  • \n

    Urinalysis

  \n
  • \n

    Microbiology (varies by facility)

  \n

• \n

  Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.

\n
• \n

  Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures.

\n
• \n

  Accurately interpret and report laboratory results.

\n
• \n

  Follow CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and facility policies and procedures.

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.

\n
• \n

  Participate in instrument maintenance, proficiency testing, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

\n

\n
• \n

  Associate's Degree (MLT) or Bachelor's Degree (MT/MLS) in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.

\n
• \n

  ASCP Certification required (or equivalent certification accepted by the hiring facility).

\n
• \n

  Generalist laboratory experience preferred.

\n
• \n

  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

\n
• \n

  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative laboratory team.

\n

  Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT): $25.00 – $35.00/hour

\n
• \n

  Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT/MLS): $30.00 – $40.00/hour

\n

Compensation is based on experience, certification, location, shift differentials, and facility requirements.
