Position Overview

Join our dynamic imaging team as a dedicated Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist , where your talent will shine as you utilize cutting-edge ultrasound technology to conduct vital diagnostic examinations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform diverse ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures, providing thoughtful explanations along the way
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver accurate and high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of imaging equipment, promptly addressing any issues
• Thoroughly document all procedures and maintain patient records efficiently within the electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging technology and best practices

Education and Certification Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Required Certifications

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
