Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations: Assist the general manager and head chef in managing all back-of-house operations.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Cost Management: Manage kitchen maintenance and control the cost of goods to optimize profitability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role or similar position in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and efficiency under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
