Construction Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, while maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders. Base pay range $109,000.00/yr - $141,000.00/yr Client Details Our client is a well‑established general contractor based in Nashville, TN, recognized for delivering high‑quality commercial construction projects. Description Manage day‑to‑day site activities and ensure adherence to project schedules. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Monitor quality control and resolve on‑site issues promptly. Communicate progress and updates to Project Managers and clients. Profile 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and scheduling.
